>>5648752really did not expect that. but yeah, widget locker (which I use for my lockscreen) is a paid app, I have apex Launcher pro ( though you could probably recreate it without using the pro version, i think) and the music widgets are from poweramp, which is paid, but worth it imo. The icons are technically paid, but the developer also releases them for free.
Full explanation:
Lock Screen - Widget Locker, Slider is call FlatLocker, find it on deviantart, music widget is Poweramp, customised to my preference, and the clock widget is based off of on I found off of deviantart, but i changed it a fair bit (text, size, text/calls/weather) but it's made in UCCW so shouldnt be hard to remake
Left screen - Just Powertoggles, It's free. I also now have a weather forecase up the top, not sure I like it.
Homescreen - Lucent Icons (found here

Right Screen - Poweramp widget again, I also now have an RSS widget there. Not so pleased with it either.
