This is a painting by Louis Wain, and, sadly, its the only wallpaper-sized one I could find. But check out more of his stuff, its fantastic, and considering the time he was from, very bizzarre.
He used to paint anthropomorphised cats in typical victorian/early 1900s scenes, like tea parties and various British games. Then schizophrenia set in and his painting looked like he did it under the influence of LSD.
