If it is, would you mind telling me what theme that is? It's hard to find a good dark theme for windows 8 that works on windows 8.1 without graphical error.

You could try to remove the dots showing which page you're currently on since you only have 1 page. I'm assuming you're using Apex launcher or Nova so that shouldn't be hard to figure out.
Other than that, there's some good icon packs you might want to try like Click UI that might match the theme you're going for.

Besides that, you might want to install a rom that changes the battery icon so it looks white like everything else in the bottom - but I wouldn't be able to help much with that if your tablet isn't rooted :P
