I saw this type of thread a while ago, and grew curious. So, what do you guys use to organize and separate files/folders?

Ah yes, but what about duplicates? I'm sure theres folks here who use amazing programs to help them, other than the basic build-ins of their chosen OS.

Well most people used some kind of folders/subfolders system. There were some guys complaining about using tags.
Then the post died.
