It took a lot longer to change than I initially thought it would.
I didn't want to create my own theme from scratch so I edited Appows again.
It sucks that there is like no good documentation on how to use windows style builder for windows 8.
All the guides on how to change taskbar don't work on windows 8, I had to literally try to find out which images to change exactly to change the taskbar/taskband items.
Thoughts on it now?

I assume it's windows 8. A good place to start would be deviant art.
Try Exon or Appows for windows 8. Maybe even Penumbra (google them if you want, should be easy to find).
As for rainmeter, it's up to personal preference so just find something you like.
