which is more up for debate. I might actually suggest Qui-gon was more neutral/dark than obi who was totally dog-obedient to light and such. But Qui-gon had a certain Kreia-like wisdom, and was indeed the one that helped the prophecy along in balancing out the force by having almost all jedi and sith killed off.
