>>5778756Photoshop can save images as RAW data files. Audacity can do the same for audio files. So, we import a RAW image file into audacity, use effects and such to "edit" the image, then export and import back into photoshop. Although this is more authentic than using photoshop alone, you can't see what you're doing, and generally it won't give you as pretty a picture. Of course, it's not that simple, there are certain things that have to be taken into consideration for importing and exporting the files, plus there are only certain ways you can edit the image without corrupting it.
I haven't experimented with it too much, but if I'm trying to make something LOOK good, then I kind of want to see what I'm doing to it. If you really get into glitching with audacity, you could easily make something that looks a lot better than something made with photoshop, but it's difficult, and often, it's a hit or miss.
