Carcharodontosaurus or Giganotosaurus would make a mean xeno. They were both bigger than a Tyrannosaurus. Spinosaurus too but spines was shown to be mostly a piscivore and not the badass hunter in JP3. Non dino i would say Carcharadon Megalodon and non extinct i'd say a flying xeno would friggin suck!

Nice pictures and all but come on, things that don't exist anymore are just bullshit. I agree with the guy who thinks the Gorilla or Blue Whale. Those would be rather fucked up monsters. I think a bear or or squid would be something to be worried about if turned into hosts. But a prehistoric reptile? A little too extreme. Although a flying xeno would be epic too. If I recall, in a comic I read, the queen can sprout wings if needed.

It's a fictional creature and extinct creatures is the thing you complain about? At least they were real once.

My vote would be for a xeno-rhino hybrid. it would be like the Crusher from ACM but in the middle of the head woud be a huge horn to gore its prey upon.

That would make Godzilla less frightenning. Xenomorphs, at least, have the decency to die when they are hit by a nuclear blast. Godzilla sees the nuke, catches it in midair, and then brutally sodomizes it.
