There are definitely a few Deep Ones in that picture, so they should be driven away from it, those mutants should too, and the undead should be returned to death.
The light aura he has suggests some form of magical protection for the kid, he might or might not still have his eyes despite probably having looked at Cthulhu, but like it or not, Cthulhu isn't completely immune to it's magic either. Like there's no way he'd be able to keep holding the paper as the kid made it.
This picture makes no sense.
