ok so I've been looking for the artist of this forever and seem to be getting nowhere.
i ask that if anyone knows the artist please help me contact them I've got an idea i want to pass by them.

and yes I've searched a lot, closest i can find is dakka dakka's mondo80 and he says artist unknown.
