The price per unit would depend on the cost of the development and raw materials, and the demand, more demand leading to cheaper androids thanks to mass production. The cost to rent a sexbot would depend on the lifetime of the bot, the price per unit, maintenance cost (cleanup of spermstains, repairs, etc.), and perhaps the risk if it becomes illegal ("A threat to the family values this nation is built on!", i.e., "kill all male sexuality").
