Also the placement of the icons look really awkward, why all the way up there?
Would be better to swap icons and clock, maybe flipping the wallpaper too.
Feels like the clock could be a lot better though, the fade doesn't look nice against everything else that's flat.

So much potential but just misses the mark.
Clock is beautiful, as is the background.
The icons are really hard to see though, try to get an icon pack that's a /little/ more visible and move them into the left corner like : .
Notification bar should be gone as well.
Navigation-buttons should either have a black background or be removed completely.
Do all that and it's an eeeeasy 5/5.

Don't like that the shape cuts through the FB-icon. You could probably benefit from getting a clock that's a bit bigger.

Circling the icons like that doesn't really work, would advice moving them all to the bottom instead like :.x.:
