It was a booming point in technology where everyone was able to get their hands on a computer in some way and everyone just had fun with it doing whatever the hell they wanted, and dreaming up insane ideas about the future. Now the future is here and we realize our predictions we're WAY off. But now everything is about showing off, causing misery or following rules whether its accepting a User Agreement or being kept in line by a websites rules.
