I don't think there are any stories of actual space marines going gue'la, just guardsmen, PDF personnel and imperial citizens.
Going Gue'la isn't the same as going Chaos, because Chaos actively corrupts the mind to make a person want to join it, wheras the Tau can't really do that. So I imagine space marines' loyalty to Big E would prevent them from joining the Tau.
