Generally, I make them. I do work in blender as a hobby, and I have often had images (of planets and space scenes, mostly) as backgrounds. Additionally, I sometimes just search for large images of certain things, (mostly planets and space scenes), and use them. Sometimes it takes a little doctoring to get the fit right, but it works.
