Combined arms doctrines are powerful, but they are ultimately about improving the capability of the infantry. Infantry wearing power armor will be what rules the future battlefield with tanks/mechs being for fire support, and for nations that can't afford power armor. Particularly when you start increasing carry capacity with the power armor, every infantryman will be able to carry an ATGM capable of penetrating the armor of the best tank/mech.
