GTX980 is overpriced atm, wait a few more months or get a GTX970
4TB is 4TB.
960 SSD is fucking pointless unless you need to boot up 960 gig worth of software, very quickly. Better off getting a 120GB SSd, putting boot drives, frequently used programs and some vidya on it. I know I don't regularly play 1TB worth of games to justify it at least.
RAM is RAM, 8GB is a good spot, anymore is a bit OOT, 1600Mhz is good enough as well.
Everything else, Meh.
I'm assuming you're try-harding or don't know an awful lot about building a computer OP.
Either way, it depends what you want it for, if you're happy with that build, go ahead, but it's way over the top for pretty much everything.
