The definition is pretty abstract in of itself.
Like if you draw a stick figure, its considered abstract. As it's clearly a person, but it doesn't exhibit anything that we would really percieve a person to look like.
Then again, it could also be some non-objective type shit, like lines and strange shapes.
All I'm trying to say, is that OP technically isn't wrong in calling it abstract.
