Not to sound lame I wish I took screenshots of when I really decked it out with mods but to many conflicts.
Simplified for just those visuals I'm pretty much running in order of installation
>SMIM + Recomendations on the SMIM nexus>4k Texture pack plus recommendations on the page>Skyrim unoffical patches>HD Cinematic Fire>Better Snow>lush grass>Enhanced Distant terrain>Climates of Tamriel>HD tree's (can add the popular summer mod)>Real Vision + ENB along with the Recommendations on the nexus page (pretty much has all the recommendations to make your game look even better then mine)>ELFXI did mine manually without mod manager for reasons. If you follow the instructions you won't have a problem and my rig has conflicts and skyrim hasn't crashed running that alongside a heap of immersion mods. Generally immersion mods will depend on what you want but for visuals just follow that.
