Is there a better wallpaper manager for windows 7 than the native one? What do you guys use?

I currently have it to shuffle every few minutes, but even though I have the folders in the right place it doesn't shuffle them all, plus it blows out the sizing often cropping or stretching them weirdly. I use atwo monitors, one 1080 and the other for my laptop, I'd like to have it use the same wallpaper for each, but scale it accordingly.

Anyway in the meantime I'll dump some stuff.
