I saw it in the theater, originally. It was kind of a big surprise; I'd not even seen the Evil Dead films yet (saw them after seeing this.) I laughed so hard, later downloading the one liners off of the net.
The thing that still amazes me was that it was not more of a success, as well as there not being a sequel. Yeah, now its known that Oct. 31 is the start of the series on Starz; My GOD it took a LONG TIME.
I remember that the crowd, as well as myself, really seemed to enjoy it in the theater.
