A few months ago I posted a thread on /mu/ asking for an album cover and an anon supplied me with pic related. Another anon then photoshoppped the picture to make it more suitable for an album cover. If you look at the original, you can see banding (which was bound to happen, especially since jpg's don't handle gradients all that well) and if you look along the bottom of the image, that gradient (the blue part) looks a little like paint on wet cardboard.
