I went through all the hassle of setting up lunix on my thumb drive, only to find the school computers had a BIOS password and drives were low in boot priority. I talked to one of the tech teachers about it later, and he said the school put BIOS passwords on all the computers after one of his students accidentally replaced the OS on a computer, while the class was running lunix off thumb drivers.
I did find out discs had top boot priority though, I should've done something with that.
