For film grain, make a new layer, fill it with noise, and set the blend mode to lighten or some shit.
If you're really feeling creative, add a coler overlay on the first layer, and make it dark purple or some kind of half-saturated almost black color. Then dick around with its blending mode until it looks halfway decent.
