I hate to be that guy, I used to love shit like this too, but doesn't it ever just get repetitive and "fake deep"?

>put a high school poetry assignment tier quote about strength or masculinity on it
That's basically all it ever is. It reeks of a kind of fake nostalgia that implies somehow the only "true badasses" lived before us, and that we have to desperately try to be like them.
Don't get me wrong, some of them are good, but I feel like we treat a lot of these quotes like they're deeper than they actually are.
