Images of NY in the '70s and '80s evoke a feeling of such nostalgia in me even though I wasn't alive at the time and have never visited New York. The picture in the OP is incredible and I can't even put a finger on why.

Bumping this, the get down is a pretty good show. It's pretty cool how they tied in the Twin Towers in the show. I make you realized how much of a big part of the city it was at the time.
