I think I know what you mean OP, if you're looking for soft, unintrusive wallpapers consider joining an animal photography group or sth on facebook, they often have professional pictures like the one you first you posted that make decent wallpapers if the in focus part is on the right

It was. I'll go dig around a bit and come back with more relevant, there aren't a whole lot of plain nature requests here that aren't snow, rain, autumn, or landscape, but I know I can find some.

yeah that picture is alright, but the pixelation ruins it completely for me. maybe i'm too picky but anything under 1080p is pretty tiresome on the eyes to me.
