>>6737117Alright, well...
Best starter website:
http://nanami-tan.info/Also check this thread, some people have some great advice here.
A few programs that you should know about/use:
>Rainmeter:Program that puts widgets on your desktop. Look at Devientart or /r/rainmeter for some of the widgets (these are called skins)
>UxStyle: >Please make a system backup before you install this. This will customize the different window borders (the default one, so the skype window bar would change but the chrome bar won't)
Check DeviantArt for free ones, currently using SEDA (idk who the author is and im a lazy cunt)
>bbleanidk what this is but people really like it. See
natami.info on that, I don't personally use it.
>CHROME RELATED SHITSo, as you've probably seen, Chrome is a massive pile of filth and shit for this kinda thing.
So... Rule #1: Firefox is best.
*BUT* its not time to abandon ship just yet!
>Stylish- Changes the CSS for (practically) any website. If you know CSS, you can make your own custom CSS for a website. If not, you can be like me and just use one that's already made. I'm currently using Moko's CSS for 4chan, and it really takes a load off the eyes
.
>GreaseMonkey:Not 100% sure what this does, but it can do some deeper editing to the webpages. You'll need this for 4chanX (or whatever it's called) and then it'll fully customize your 4chan.
Also for Chrome, if you hate how open in new tab just opens it in a new tab and it doesn't go into the background like LITERALLY EVERY OTHER BROWSER, Force Background Tab is a life-saver.
>FIREFOX RELATED SHITThere's some stuff floating around, lurk some more/ask because I deleated Firefox because I'm too used to chrome
>99% sure this is what OP is using, as Firefox will let you change the size of the tabs and stuff with the right extensions.I'm not sure why/how people have cool pixel art shit on their desktop but its pretty cool (someone please help a nigga out here)
