i suggest getting a 3rd party visual style at the very least, moko's are nice. google her deviantart.
also minimize the number of icons onscreen if you're not going to get icons which actually match the palette you're trying to use

bar looks nice, terminal is ok but nothing particularly special, solid wallpaper.

the equalizer is too white to match the subdued offwhites of the wallpaper.
the entire thing is too top heavy, with nothing balancing out the bottom.
you could fix this by changing your foreground elements to sink into the background more, movign them, or adding more stuff.
though personally i think it's hard to avoid things looking really cluttered with more than a few rainmeter skins.
