kde panel theme clashes with the gtk/qt themes, try using the arc theme since that seems more or less to be the color scheme you're using. also look for a matching icon theme
try to hide as many menubars and toolbars as possible, and find a color scheme in konsole that matches everything else.
also you can go "windowless" by using a tiling window manager such as awesome or i3 (i prefer i3, awesome was insanely buggy imo). keep in mind that these have a bit of a learning curve to them though
