good ones i know are:

https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/photography < 95% of the stuff is in high res

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Google_Art_Project_works_by_artist < high resolution art

sometimes wallhaven.cc but you have to shift through a ton of shit ton find anything pleasing.
