This specific image shows up in a lot of lower resolutions, but they are all shit quality. Most everywhere it shows up (that isn't Pinterest) it's closer to thumbnail size, and I think anything larger than about 400 pixels height is an upscale of an upscale of an upscale from some ancient usenet newsgroup post from the 1980s that was never good to begin with.
You might just want to google "irezumi tattoos women" or "irezumi dragon tattoos girls" or "irezumi tattoo full back woman bathing" or "dragon tattoo full back woman" or something similar and find another.
