font-1 = unifont:size=6:heavy:fontformat=truetype;-2
font-2 = siji:pixelsize=10;0
font-3 = fixed:pixelsize=10;0
now replace the glyphs that dont show up correctly with ones that you know work, even if they are simple
if you are using arch you are probably going to have to learn to debug. it is a journey, but it is awesome
