How do you sort your pictures?

So personally as an OCD ass NEET I find it very troubling to dump all my pictures in a download folder, recently I've been working on an index where I have all my pictures (including papes) sorted A-Z using the broadest category possible, however I can't help but think there is a better way.

Also, post vintage computer themed papes.

Sort it out by colors and if they have text or something different make another folder.

I put them in a folder titled "Wallpapers".

Used to all be in a wallpapers folder, trying to be more organized though. A lot more to go through yet though

Have a "Wallpapers" folder, with various subfolders inside each with their own theme (I.E. cities, landscapes, minimalism, games, etc).

Nothing too fancy.
