my steam skin is my reskin of Air meant to emulate deshou and provide a more clear colorful version that matches the rest of my color schemes. it also uses more than one font unlike Deshou, which was one of my problems with the skin. i still have font color and a couple graphical problems in settings i have to fix so i'm not releasing it.
the icons are just numix round, if you pin applications to the start window in 10 you can then pin them to the taskbar after right click > show in explorer > right click > change the icon and they will retain their appearance as long as you pin to taskbar after changing unless the application resets it. this will also not be doable for a live tile app such as line or weather. if you want to center you will need to create a dummy folder and use it as a toolbar and drag it past the taskbar to next to the start button, this should approximate center your icons. you will need to right click your toolbar to remove it's name.
