I found out pantone does a "color of the day" (google "colorstrology") and it was pretty easy to parse through the html and grab the bits of info necessary for the pape.
So it will update every day instead of every hour, but at least you'll have the color name there.
The font is called zepto, by the way. I'm trying to figure out how to use embedded fonts in c#.
Then I have to figure out how to get the program to sit in the tray so it can run in the background and cycle your wallpaper automatically.
