Im so sad I wanna die
I miss my ex gf she doesnt want me anymore but I love her we were together for 14 months and then she left me, 6 months later she gave me aonther chance, and idk what happened but she left me again and I love her so much that i dont care about my fucking life, I went with a doc. and he said I had depression and gave me some antidepressant but I dont feel a change.

When I was depressed, one of the things that helped me out was daily exercise and healthy eating. Cleaning your room is surprisingly helpful as well.

i've been there before, exactly where you are. it hurts. a lot. and it will hurt for a while honestly.

delete her off all your social media profiles,and never visit them again. time WILL heal these wounds, but it wont be fast. start exercising, going out with friends, hooking up with other people, slowly the pain this break up has caused you will fade over time. slowly you will recover from this.

dont let another person have this kind of control over your existence, there is still so much for you to do, for you to see in this world.

This right here is probably the best advice that you are going to get man.
Focus on yourself for awhile and do what makes you happy.
My ex left me after 2 years of dating and it does hurt but i found the best way to cope was surrounding myself with friends, doing things that i wasn't able to before, and just trying to enjoy my life. The pain will go away you just have to stay strong friend.

Hey anon, I'm depressive too, I go to a doc and he gave me 3 different antidepressants and I have to take 1 of each every day, nothing happen, he even increased the doses. Anyway, my way to deal with depression is focus that sadness in something else, I think good art born from depression, try to make some music, draw, a short film, I did all that stuff and help me a lot, now I'm focus on astronomy and philosophy. After a while you will realize that you don't worry about your ex (or any other reason for sadness) since months ago.

As for you OP, if the very meaning of your existence was solely based on your relationship with your ex, you may want to take some time an reexamine what you value and your purpose in life. My take on life is that it is meaningless to us and then we need a purpose, therefore we give ourselves purpose or have others do it for us, the former being better. Go give yourself a purpose OP, and then do it a couple more times. If someone ridicules you for the one you've chosen and you feel ashamed, you're probably better off letting someone else give you purpose then.

I also do not recommend antidepressants as while depression is a electrochemical imbalance in the brain, it is caused by outside stressors. Taking drugs to treat the symptoms while ignoring the source of the problem will never solve your depression. A daily routine, sunshine and mild cardio exercise will help you out, the rest will be on your shoulders to solve.
