That's not really the fault of anyone but the people abusing themselves though - the information for healthy living is readily available at everybodies fingertips now.
Anyway, America was much better back then - That was it's heyday, when it inspired the rest of the world. I say that as a non-American. We used to envy the U.S. and want to move there...now, not at all. Sort of like the former British Empire.
