alignment of the elements in the bottom right is wonky, why is the time not vertically centered like the icons? looks like someone vertically centered the bottom of the text by mistake.
debian icon looks out of place, either have just the icon or just the "Menu" text.
idk why you have top running, it would probably look better without it.
in general, monochrome desktops are usually not very interesting to look at or to comment on. especially when they don't have any OC UI design.
still better than a lot of stuff posted in these threads though, it has visual cohesion and some thought.
