I had to play with this one several times, and I'm still not happy with it. I had hoped to preserve it as a 4K pape, but there was just too much quality degradation. As you'll note, the original
>>7161901 was nearly 6 MB as a jpeg. I really wanted to convert it over to PNG & 600 dpi, but that's just not in the cards because the final file size is just too massive to upload to the website. In addition, due to the visual complexity and dimensions at 4K, it takes several minutes to run it through each filter. when it even completes, because at the extreme limits of playing with this it uploaded as 8.8 GB and just refused to complete applying the filter.
In the end, I just ran the original jpeg through the filter. But, what I got out the other end was degraded from source and then again as a 75% compression jpeg of unknown dpi. I did some color adjustments to increase saturation & contrast, reduce gamma & brightness, boost red & blue slightly. That helped it visually, but far too many areas are too pixelated for what I wanted. Especially at full 3840 x 2160. Plus PNG format made it too large to upload. So, giving up on it for now & it is what it is at 2560 x 1440. Looks "good enough." Sort of.
