I share this room with two other people. it gets pretty noisy in here sometimes and this cut out all the "sharpness" of loud noises, like when my roommate shouts over voip during a game or in my case my mechanical keyboard switches... I'm not sure if it would be worth it if it's not typically noisy in the room though.

I wanted to get a mouse for the macbook, because this is the company computer I was provided and actually I highly recommend the trackpad for people who spend a lot of time using a computer... it's very accurate for what it is and it helped with my wrist stiffness a lot. i code for a living and as a hobby, but I play games/use my pc with a mouse, which is nestled up in there. :) I also discovered i enjoy using gestures cause i'm gay i guess. so yeah magic trackpad 2 actually kinda nice.
