and various other sleep/relax inducing hormones/chemicals in the body. Consider researching the program f.lux which is a screen brightness changer program
that changes from a sharp white/blue light on your monitors to a orange/less dark colouring at night that is great for your eyes. Less eye strain and works in
concert with red background lighting. Hell I don't feel sleepy if there's any blue lighting at all before bed and takes me ages to sleep ( 1-2hrs).
With red lighting + f.lux 5-15mins and I'm out. GABA ( gamaminobutryic acid- a supplement that aids sleep) is also great for if you have trouble sleeping,
causes a wave of relaxation and brings you into a deeper sleep for longer during sleep. I wake up refreshed almost every morning, shits fucking great. Check it out.
