The artist has not the least clue how aircraft engineering works. Wings are God damned fragile. There's half a thousand top-tier uses for an aircraft wing in a post-apocalyptic world. "Bridge" or "ramp" are so far down the list that they will never appear on it. Leaving the engines attached like this, in addition to the "wing-is-bridge" level of stupid, just makes "mongoloid retardation" look like "super genius." It's like duct taping glass bottles to the bottom of your feet because that seems like a cool, edgy idea for post-apocalyptic shoes.
