>Rules:
1. All flags allowed: national, regional, federative, fictional and custom etc. Any era throughout history is allowed.
2. Must be vector/material. No effects allowed.
3. The flag needs to cover the entire image. No photos of flags outside of buildings or on walls are allowed. No flag poles etc.
