>>7270802Modding is where it's at, Bethesda just provides the sandbox. We all know that the Main quest and story lines, and any extra bonuses like dragons is not why we buy these games. It's for the base mechanics and world that we can then mod to hell and back and then we get to Roleplay any fantasy within that world as any character.
I like the simplified leveling system, mostly, in Skyrim, although they should add a class system back into it for character creation. Keep the attribute less skills and all you do is pick 3 or 4 Skills that you get a +10 or 15 to and you also automatically get the first rank or two in the perk tree. The class skills do not restrict the leveling in anyway.
I'm sure there's a mod out there that does that but it'd be nice for BGS to actually make it vanilla. and to also ad Spears back FFS
