Papes for a feeling of impossibility/pointlessness?

In defiance of basic probability everything that has ever happened in my life is somehow only my fault.
>abused by parents as child
my fault
>bullied at school
my fault
>genetic predisposition to mental illness
100% my fault and my fault alone

Not saying I haven't made mistakes (I absolutely have) but everything ever cannot only be my fault. It's impossible
