The tail number, or Buno, is specific to that aircraft and it's Type/Model/Series, a uniqe identifier. So if you're ever curious about other aircraft, all you need to do is search what it is and it's Buno, and you will find what there is to find. In this case it's a B type Model 17 with the Buno 485813, so you would google B-17 485813. A quick search shows it's Buno is actually 44-85813.
