Never thought I would post here but here I am.

GF of 3 years broke up with me last week and it hurts. She wanted a "break". My heart thinks that means there is a chance she may want to get together. That she may come back. But my brain knows better. I need strength to be silent. To not engage her, for at least the next few months. If she really wants this then she will text me first. I won't be the first one to start things in this relationship anymore.

Give me your strength and give me the motivation I need to hold the silence with some papes for my phone. Something like what I currently have.
