Also, how many cold based villains are there in DC right now? Not including legacy characters? Five?
And a lot of the characters on that face-off do not look good on first impressions. I mean, how does anybody not familiar with DC know that the Gorilla is a hyper-intelligent psionic ape-warlord from a kind of on the nose DC equivalent to Wakanda where Apes rule? Captain Cold really could have done with an outfit rework by now, the closest to one he's ever come was Injustice 2, which is a parrallel dimension.
Black Manta is honestly noteworthy with just how much of an asshole he is, and in a setting with Lex Luthor in it, that bar is very high.
All of Wonderwoman's villains are and always have been a joke though.
