I think it makes guys hyper analyze their body language and behavior, and be unable to be themselves, trying too hard to act as "normal" as possible. You would likely say to these people to just stop over thinking it, but some people are just analytical by nature, which isn't a bad thing, everyone is different and I think not every guy should be looking in bars or whatever to talk with girls, you need to find someone you're compatible with.
Let alone the whole difference between trying to find a girl just to date around/fuck, or trying to find someone to actually fall in love with, which are very different things all together, I think in the former case it will be really difficult not to find people who treat the thing very shallow, so you'll be finding a lot of basic bitches.
Oh yea also not like some girls don't find it cute or attractive when a guy is a little nervous at first (which helps if you're actually good looking then as well of course) as long as you're not just a total mess I guess (in which case I guess think about self improvement, or find someone fucked up like you).
